Pros

Excellent coworkers, excellent benefits and a pleasant work environment. They care a lot about their employees and have been rewarded with good workers in return.

Cons

Inter-departmental communication can use some work, I often don't know about other parts of the company until they're brought up. Better systems for troubleshooting/supporting new software is needed.

Can be disorganized and frustrating because of the lack of infrastructure. For instance, their CRM could be much better.
