Pros

Everyone is genuinely friendly; everyone seems to be very good at what they do; it is a larger company with a smaller-company feel; relaxed dress code; nice benefits

Cons

It is a little quiet sometimes, but that can be good. In office full-time, which is fine with me, but some people may not like.

Cons

Growing has it's pains, but "Cons" can always be turned into an opportunity.

Great coworkers!!! Assistant manager is awesome!

Cons

Manager !!! No acknowledgment when doing a good job!! Gossip is insane!! And there is a lot of lack of communication.
