Pros

Priority really cares about its employees, by far the best benefits I have ever seen. This does not come for free though, the company is a very fast paced and demanding environment that is constantly evolving. This keeps the days moving quick and ever changing which is a big positive in my book. The culture embraces challenge and explores opportunities to consistently change the industry. There are a number of very intelligent and great people you can really learn a lot from.
