Addressing our cons and advise to management, I understand the working in poor weather is sometimes necessary, we will continue to work to provide you with the PPE to make it more palatable. Additionally, regarding personal recognition for "a job well done", we implemented a program called Snappy Gifts where we recognize individual accomplishments and milestones for a job well done.
