It all starts with superb ownership, caring leadership and given autonomy to create excellence from team-to-team and department-by-department. It never gets old noting the truly "best-in-class" benefits offered by PWC. Finally, this job, my colleagues, leaders and subordinates alike make this the crown jewel of my professional journey...I'm beyond thankful!

High turnover and stressful management style overshadow the good parts

Cons

The management style in IT is extremely stressful. Communication is inconsistent, priorities change without warning, and feedback is often delivered in a harsh or unproductive way. Several people left or were pushed out during my time there, which created instability and increased workload for the rest of the team. Work-life balance can be very difficult to maintain, and expectations frequently shift without clear direction.
