Pros

Great training program for an outside sales role that includes time at corporate to meet various department heads who want to help you make money, continuous training in the field. Uncapped commissions & excellent benefits.

Cons

You get out, what you put in. It can be a grind, at times, but if you're willing to put in the hard work and potentially some long hours early on, the wins will start coming and you will enjoy everything that comes from it- confidence, experience, helping customers and of course, the commissions. This is a sales job.
