      Pros

      Great health benefits and great opportunity to make a lot of money. Car allowance HSA account contributions Matt eriksen great teacher of the job to new people. Sarlo is great Mark is great!

      Cons

      If you are working in the Midwest, Chicago.. Indiana.. Kentucky etc they have a mentality what have you done for me lately and management treats you accordingly. 90% of my training came from Little Rock.. 7% from employees in the office. 3% comes from the regional sales manager. I would not accept a job here unless desperate. The company is good but the managers SUCK.. they try and strike fear into you to do good. If you are not apart of the “boy’s club”. They deal with you if are hitting number but most days Little to no support.

      It’s easy to get hired.

      Cons

      If you are a minority or a woman (unless you are dating or married to someone there), this cannot be a career for you. Use them for whatever you can get, because that is what they will do to you. It is a revolving door with idiots at the top. It’s who you know, not what you know. You will not find stability you will need therapy to cope. Even if you are the right color and gender, if you aren’t a certain type, you are just one of the little people and you will feel it every day.

      They work you like it’s a sweat shop causing harsh burn out - No work life balance, unrealistic expectations, management will lie straight to your face, they also listen in on all of your phone conversations -
