      Pros

      The team culture is fantastic - supportive, collaborative, and full of sharp people who genuinely want to help you grow. The benefits are top-notch, and the company actively invests in its employees’ well-being. From a technical standpoint, they’re always moving forward, upgrading their legacy applications and adopting modern frameworks and cloud platforms, which gives you constant exposure to the latest tools. You get to work across the full stack: front-end, back-end, databases, and cloud - so the experience you gain is well-rounded and highly marketable.

      Cons

      The work can sometimes be demanding, especially with the pace of new initiatives - but what development role isn't? Onboarding for developers isn’t overly extensive, so having some moderate knowledge up front definitely helps in hitting the ground running. That said, the team is patient and supportive as you get up to speed on the platform. Documentation is on the lighter side, so you’ll often find yourself learning by doing and leaning on teammates for guidance.
