Stable company, give you all the tools needed to complete your job

If you are in the field, you are more of a number (as is the case with most bigger companies) Office Bonus structure is based on company as a whole not on an individual basis alone, you can meet all goals but another branch can struggle and you don't receive your bonus as promised

Cons

There will be a lot of stresses that you will be working under. Especially the work that you will carry home and cannot really complete.
