I have been in the Non profit sphere for several years the pay is usually terrible, there's nowhere to go and you feel unappreciated. That is not the case for this organization

none at all. I am very blessed to work there.

Cons

Remote can be difficult depending on what job you have, not much face time The pay can be lower than desired
