Despite how spread out the staff are there is a resilient longing to cultivate a tight-knit team; a family. Highly impressed at their emphasis on continual learning and using the latest in technology, all from a non-profit.

Cons

Salary is low, but it's expected working for a non-profit.

This organization is being run really well by leaders who are diverse, and who are casting a strong vision. They are pouring lots of resources into developing their leaders and I am seeing the results of this as the organization grows stronger by the day.

Cons

None at this time. I've been with the organization for almost 7 years and highly recommend working here.
