Pros

$18 an hour, you get to work alone

Cons

Horrible management, micromanagement, very short breaks. If you’ve got time to lean you’ve got time to clean. Constantly shifting goals and protocol, constantly shifting priorities, the well-being of their employees not being one of them. I know $18 an hour is really good, but management makes it less than worth it.

Pros

Private Equity backed, large national footprint, good cleaning crews in the field who care still (they were acquired in last 5 years) Good Snacks and Holiday Schedule.

Cons

Bad Decisions by C level, imbecile regional leadership, high turnover and bully culture. Look at them closely it's a sinking ship. The benefits are terrible for families (and individuals) customers are leaving faster than bad oysters.

Pros

You get paid every week.

Cons

The management culture is extremely challenging. There is an individual in the New York office who consistently speaks to employees in a disrespectful manner. Leadership is aware of the behavior but dismisses concerns because of her long tenure. Many employees I’ve spoken with are actively seeking new opportunities, and the turnover rate is very high. Training is minimal, yet employees are expected to perform complex tasks without proper guidance. When mistakes occur, the response is punitive rather than supportive, often leading to termination instead of development. This environment may work for individuals just starting their careers, but it is not suitable for experienced professionals who want to contribute meaningfully, drive improvement, and support organizational growth.
