-small companies are more personal -underwriting deals are based on what 3 salesman bring in -able to pivot and make decisions faster in the underwriting department -coworkers feel like family, go on company outings every quarter together

Cons

-there are no available jobs, can’t switch careers at the same companies - no special benefits outside of health and medical insurance -little to no coverage when it’s time to go on vacation
