Found employer on here studied many reviews. First 12 months great leadership, connections, team work, supporting large compliance project and other multiple projects working collaboratively with my manager and supporting team development - felt valued

Cons

Last 12 months, isolated, been moved to multiple different managers, team dont pull their weight on project tasks, many people do not take ownership, requires huge culture change, subject to bullying victimisation and no given any work, not invited to team events despite other team members being included.
