      1. Total Experience of 4 years as an Advocate in Pune Civil, Criminal (138), Co-operative, Family Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunal also before Quasi-Judicial Authorities as well as Revenue Authorities i.e. DDR, DJRCS and before Superintendent of Land Records, Pune, Sub Divisional Officers, Pune independently, and also having experience in drafting and conveying of agreements, deeds, mortgages etc. I am well conversant with conveyancing i.e. transfer immovable properties, search/title report, vetting report etc.
