      Pros

      Exposed to the society with all it's types, you have to improvise and act quickly according to each situation, and that's what makes you have a ton of experience and knowledge.

      Cons

      There is a lot of pressure due to the narrow timeline and and you always have to meet the deadline early, and that lead to a lot of pressure and it may mislead you from your main task, in addition to, the chance of getting stuck in routinely in the same task which won't give you any chance to explore or learn about anything new.
