my employer has been very kind to me even though he has already exhibiting signs of Alzheimer's disease.

I would say that he (my patient) and his wife are both caring and understanding to everyone who works for them. They even though my patient is already exhibiting signs of Alzheimer's disease. He is still able to recognize the people who actually takes good care of him

Cons

Since both my patient and his wife are senior citizens and getting quite old, sometimes they have very little patience. Misunderstanding sometimes happen. But I would guess that problem goes with their age. So, I think patience and understanding on our part, the caregivers are also essential in communicating with them.
