Pros

Due to the continued improvements in results at school, the contract was renewed multiple times. Teach children in accordance with their school and pre-existing extracurricular programs. Assist with homework preparation. Create lesson plans and customize learning programs based on the skillsets of each student.

Cons

The personal constraint of the child caused difficulties at the beginning of the work. With proper contact and understanding of the child's psychology, the process was established.

It was convenient for me because I teach at my own convenient time. I am able to take each student and come up with a lesson tailored towards his or her needs..

Cons

There is a lot of cancellation of lessons by the student which affect my time and OfCourse interfere with my pay.
