Excellent management, exciting project, cutting edge tech, fantastic work culture, great benefits and HUGE sports fandom culture

Cons

In the growing pains from Startup to Full Fledge Company. Incredible strides towards stability, but some level of tech debt and people still in the startup mindset meaning not following proper protocol for requests/expectations of quicker turn around time
