Pros

Fantastic Culture, countless opportunities to learn new technologies as on-the-job training. Supportive company that puts their money where their mouth is when it comes to work-life balance.

Cons

You get lots of perks and opportunities for recharge, in terms of time off as well as engagement socially on the job. The reason: when you're on, you're ON. It's go go go, fast fast pivot. If keeping up with change and rolling with the punches is not for you, this is not the place for you.

Pros

Excellent team mates, rapid growth, great benefits, creative projects, low stress.

Cons

Some parts of the business are still stuck in a start up mindset, silod conversations for company wide problems, and rate of scale
