      Pros

      -Really challenging work that feels incredibly rewarding - The team is VERY smart, everyone has insane backgrounds and brings a ton to the table (also everyone is really kind which is hard to find in a work place) -GREAT HR dept that really listens to employees

      Cons

      It can be hard to strike a solid work life balance but thats hard for anyone who works in sports..
