Pros

PrizePicks is young but it's growing at an impressive pace. I've been with the company for 4 months, which doesn't sound like a lot but so much has happened so far. I work remote, but trained in the spacious Midtown Atlanta office, allowing me to meet members of different teams, as well as senior leadership. The company invests as much in its employees as it does in its customers/members, which is very refreshing. As far as my role specifically, I always know what my tasks are and how they impact the company. I'm able to meet with my supervisor 1:1 anytime, and they have implemented several suggestions that I've offered since I started.

Pros

PrizePicks has a really strong and vibrant culture. I feel very seen and valued for the work that I do, which can be a lot at times. There's a lot of autonomy here- the managers trust that you know what you're doing and don't need babysitting, but are always willing to help you when needed. Different teams and departments do a great job of working cross-functionally and supporting one another. I've also really enjoyed the flexible work schedule. Nobody is counting how many hours you're at the office, or watching what time you come in or leave. The only thing that matters is that you get your work done, whether it's at home or the office.

Cons

PrizePicks is growing a TON, so there are typical growing pains that come with an org seeing this type of growth. Moving to new systems and smoothing out internal processes has been bumpy, but I really like the direction we're heading in.
