Pros

- Small but great team - High growth startup - Flexible work schedule - Really great launchpad for those looking to get into the fantasy sports & gaming industry.

Cons

Similar to any startup, you have less structure, which requires more initiative and patience. This isn't a con to some people, so just know what kind of person you are.

Pros

What's great about PrizePicks is that you work with passionate people who are devoted to their craft. Everyone is dedicated to do their best in their own respective area of responsibility with the opportunity to expand further if you show potential. The management is also highly considerate to have everyone work in a flexible remote environment but still maintain to be highly productive. I can see that in the very near future, PrizePicks will be huge and has the potential to be regarded as the best DFS out there.

Cons

None that I can think of.
