      Pros

      Flexibility in hours, potential to work from different places/states Recognition when a good job is done by management Very team heavy atmosphere, everyone is super friendly and helpful when anything is asked to be done Being able to and getting paid to work in the sports industry is a huge plus

      Cons

      None at the moment. Unless the industry stops rapidly growing the company is set up very well.

      Pros

      I've been with PrizePicks for almost 4 months now and have absolutely loved it. I joined the team wanting to learn about the DFS/sports betting industry. Since joining, I have learned so much all thanks to how closely I work with peers from several departments. There is a such a strong culture of teamwork and helping one another... I've honestly never seen anything like it. I've also earned several more responsibilities since joining, so there are plenty of opportunities to move up in the company.

      Honestly, none. I really enjoy working here.

      After almost a year here, I can safely say that this is by far the best work experience I've ever had. The work is fun and engaging, the hours are incredibly flexible, and everybody is pushing in the same direction. The PrizePicks team is strong and well coached, and everybody is here to see their friends and coworkers succeed. - Innovation everywhere - Fast paced day to day - Growth opportunities - Great camaraderie
