Incredibly supportive team Fast paced A lot of room for growth and fluidity between departments ( you are not tied down to doing one job) Completely immersed in the sports world A chance to be a part of something with enormous potential

Flexibility in hours, potential to work from different places/states Recognition when a good job is done by management Very team heavy atmosphere, everyone is super friendly and helpful when anything is asked to be done Being able to and getting paid to work in the sports industry is a huge plus

Cons

None at the moment. Unless the industry stops rapidly growing the company is set up very well.
