Pros

Been with the company for over a year at this point and having a blast! I've grown from the ground up with this company and now lead a team of problem solvers tackling sports tech in a fast-paced environment. The company and team have grown so much since I've joined and the future is bright. - Growth Opportunities - Sports Tech Startup Enviornment - Great Flexibility

Cons

- I didn't win the company fantasy league. There's always next season!

Pros

I have really enjoyed working at PrizePicks! It has been an incredible experience for me over the past two years and has worked in really well with my other obligations I have going on. I have made some great friends working here and working from home has been a nice luxury. There is a ton of room for growth and I have been promoted twice already with 2 raises! Your background and educational experience is not as significant as your work ethic, which makes for an awesome company culture.

Cons

Working at a startup can be challenging, but if you are willing to deal with a little bit of ambiguity and can think on the fly, this won't be an issue for you.

Pros

I am incredibly excited for the potential of this company. I have only be here about 2 months and the opportunities are already starting to roll in. I immediately felt welcomed from the first day. I had the pleasure of being trained by some of the best supervisors I have ever had. This allowed me to get a great jump on learning how the business works and showcase my skillset to help better the company. I could not ask to work for a better company. It does not matter if you have been here for years or hired a week ago. Your voice will be heard by your coworkers and top management. Company wide discussion is highly encouraged and everyone works together to better our product on a daily basis. Time truly flies by when you are working. It does not even feel like "work". I get to enjoy watching the sports I love and learn more about sports I have not had the same level of exposure too. There is much knowledge and experience to learn from here. If you are looking for a youthful and highly promising start up company to work for then there is no doubt in my mind this is the company for you. We pride ourselves on giving the highest quality of customer service in the entire industry with our own "southern hospitality" flare. You will be recognized for your good work. There is no end in sight for PrizePicks and the trajectory of success of this company is exponential. -Great work/life balance -Lots of room for growth -Great communication -Ton of support -Flexible hours -Who doesn't love getting paid to watch the sports they love?

Cons

None. This company is on the fast track to success in their industry.
