Pros

Nice office and I was able to meet great people.

Cons

Employment at PrizePicks started off great and ended horribly. I do not recommend applying to work here if you are looking to grow in your career. This is probably the perfect place for a recent graduate looking for a “fun” job. Please do not expect to grow here unless you are a MSR. Salary is low compared to other places. They’ll try to make up for low pay by providing MacBook options “unlimited” PTO, semi annual conferences, and providing a “fun” office culture for their employees. Overall, a very toxic work environment and I do not recommend.

Pros

Considerable pay for the industry + a great close-knit culture and flexibility to be creative and innovate the DFS space

Cons

Some departments lack some of the needed leadership experience and processes to scale as fast as PrizePicks is scaling
