Pros

Fantastic Culture, countless opportunities to learn new technologies as on-the-job training. Supportive company that puts their money where their mouth is when it comes to work-life balance.

Cons

You get lots of perks and opportunities for recharge, in terms of time off as well as engagement socially on the job. The reason: when you're on, you're ON. It's go go go, fast fast pivot. If keeping up with change and rolling with the punches is not for you, this is not the place for you.

Horrible Work-Life Balance, Silent Layoffs All the Time

Pros

Unlimited PTO Good Pay Some good people

Cons

Horrible work life balance, and there silent layoffs in this company. So much anxiety. A lot of favouritism. If you’re working remote, you’d feel very isolated like a fish in a bowl while others are working hybrid and they will always get more preference when it comes to growth.
