Pros

Excellent team mates, rapid growth, great benefits, creative projects, low stress.

Cons

Some parts of the business are still stuck in a start up mindset, silod conversations for company wide problems, and rate of scale

Pros

Terrific industry, growing like crazy. Exciting time to be part of the company

Cons

Company doesn't yet truly know what it wants to be. New leadership is quickly changing the culture. Very young employee base.

Pros

This company is amazing and has a very forward-thinking culture! I only stayed just a few months, and I really liked it. I came on to help out with some projects, but didn't stay because I didn't see myself growing in DFS. I also worked with CEO, and he was super cool.

Cons

If you're not in to sports, you may feel alienated.
