Pros
- The culture is dynamic and exciting - Upper management/leadership is very transparent about what is happening with the company at all times - Leadership operates with a very high level of ethics. Mental health is championed and it isn't just lip service - Management trusts people to do the jobs they were hired to do - Pretty much the only company I've ever worked for that people are almost TOO helpful to fix things when it is needed - Exciting to work for a company that does something fun and that people actually like your products - No shortage of interesting and hard problems to solve
Cons
Hard to strictly consider this a con but the work is so engaging that is really really hard to disconnect when you're off. Management genuinely encourages you to be gone when you're not but you are always thinking about work because you want to.
