Pros
PAE is a decent place to start your career and learn a growing industry. They do solid work for their customers.
Cons
Below average compensation & benefits. Management lacks direction, and the senior leadership is like the “blind leading the blind”. Margins are tight, and without a fully optimized process, PAE often makes much less money on projects than quoted.
