      Pros

      Small company with a lot more communal experience. As an intern, I got lots of experience doing various different projects as PAE is a consulting company. Manufacturing aspect of the company is seeing a lot of growth.

      Cons

      Rapidly changing environment for the engineering side of business so not as much room for growth.

      Pros

      The other employees are great to work with and the company encourages camaraderie in the work place. Company that really tries to improve itself and give the best product and services possible.

      Cons

      No real downsides to this company. Pay could be better but that is every company and they pay around average anyways.

      Pros

      It is great to work with a company that grew from an idea, came through tough times, & survived when others failed. It is an electronic design company & manufacturing with a small group of folks that made me feel like I was part of a family. The atmosphere there is very relaxed, & the staff were patient, & caring, & willing to listen & understand my needs. It was an honor to work for them & do a little part in their growth. They are always in need of hard working employees

      Cons

      With growth, also comes slow times. Figuring out a working design & then receiving the parts, & making sure they are inspected & they work according to spec..
