      Great place to learn and grow your potential learning the industry. Plant Managers are knowledgeable and hard working.

      Cons

      Poor training, extra work and responsibilities is assumed and not rewarded, management will delegate work onto others. No growth opportunities or metrics.

      Great people. Friendly atmosphere. Additional perks that most companies do not offer like perfect attendance bonus quarterly and Pro-Con store credit at the beginning of the each year to buy work apparel.
