      Rapidly growing company. Family feel with big company benifets.

      Cons

      Want to be world class but not willing to pay the price to get them there. 80% reactive. Lacking systems and standardization.

      Pros

      They offer health insurance and hourly employees get overtime. They will hire anyone, even if you have a criminal background.

      Cons

      Over-worked, incompetent managers, hypocritical managers, employees have poor attitudes, too many temps, people think you are complaining when you have legit concerns

      Hard work does pay off. If you are someone that shows up to work everyday working hard and willing to learn you can become a machine operator pretty fast.

      High employee turnover. Pay is too low.
