We are pleased you enjoy being able to work remotely but disappointing to hear you don't feel communication amongst the teams is good. We are always looking at new ways to keep people updated and bring teams together, especially as we now have more hybrid or remote workers. In regards to pay increase, we have two increases planned for this year, as outlined in the recent companywide communication, as well as the annual performance related bonus. Any further pay increases outside of those, are subject to performance and progression and therefore please raise any queries you may have regarding this with your line manager or if you would like to contact HR, they would be happy to discuss this with you.
