Pros

Management is great- they're understanding, they want you to succeed. I've rarely had a job that I actually enjoy- this is one of them! Fun co-workers, good work environment, good balance. Good location if you work at the main office.

Cons

I can't think of anything worth mentioning.

Pros

I really appreciate the opportunity to be innovative and come up with out the box solutions. Pro Pacific is one of the few places I've worked where once a need is identified you're encouraged to run with it and figure out how to fill that need. One of the principal reasons I appreciate Pro Pacific are the people I work with. They're intelligent, creative, empathetic and hard working.

Cons

I believe that communication is vital to the overall health of any company. While I think that Pro Pacific does a good job of communicating information and objectives to it's employees, there's room for improvement.

Family feel and culture, lots of rewards for good performance, growing business with opportunity for growth, stable and focused leadership.

Cons

Honestly not much, I guess the busy summers.
