Positive work environment. Good pay for what is asked of employees. If you are willing to learn, there is tons of potential to grow and earn more.

Management not always receptive to suggestion to improve the production process.

Good pay, decent benefits, potential to move up

Cons

Managers basically answer to no one and treat employees however they'd like, so pray that you get a decent one. On site HR does nothing to solve management issues, corporate HR had to step in to investigate issues multiple times because of this.
