      Pros

      There are a few guys with years of experience who are willing to share pass the torch. Working environment was alright have 12 hour shifts and every other weekend off.

      Cons

      If you are qualified/over qualified they will not allow you to be promoted. When you apply to said job they will pretend they didn't see it. After I left a large lady who new the right people was place in the role they ignored me for. She had failed badly as an operator so she was promoted to QA??? Then later promoted to a higher specialist position (the role I was ignored for). Meanwhile all the education and experience requirements were totally pushed to the side for her.

      Pros

      ProAmpac is an overall really wonderful company. The benefits are great and if you work in an office your needs are usually met pretty quickly. There is no possibility of remote work in this position unless there are extenuating circumstances, but there is some flexibility within the 40 hour work week.

      Cons

      Honestly, i've never worked at a different company so it's a little bit hard to say. I will comment that there doesn't seem to be a lot of ways to move up the ladder, and raises do not happen very frequently. It's also not a possibility to work remotely in this position, work is entirely on-site.

      Some good people out on the floor.

      Cons

      Quick to fire now days, very hard to get a raise, was a much better place to work before josh started running it into the ground.
