Pros

This is a “could-be” company…meaning if management in the Rocky Mount VA plant would train, communicate, and be friendly to employers they themselves hired instead of the complete opposite it could be a good company. But I wouldn’t career the place…

Cons

Pay and benefits are standard but not what they should be for being the 2nd largest flexible packaging producer in the world. They will attempt to “deal” you down if you follow up with what was agreed upon during your interview…record EVERYTHING, iPhone mic works great, and get it all in writing! Management is sneaky and they truly DO NOT care about you or your family…strictly business so definitely keep it to a minimum. Bathrooms are where Covid was created. Keep looking, you owe that much to yourself.

Cons

Company seems to be more about who you know, not what you know or are capable of.

Pros

It was an ok at best place to work when I was there. Very disorganized, and lots of change at leadership

Cons

Lots of turnaround. leadership changed multiple times while I was there. I was also moved around a lot during my tenure there as well. no work stability or way to progress.
