ProAmpac is generating a unique culture and one to be proud of. Our values lead us to grow our value proposition both as an organization and individually. While managing our growth, we are hiring the brightest and leading by the values of our committed CEO. If you like to lead, innovate, and challenge the status quo this is a hot bed for action bias. We want people that can help the organization pivot and scale. ProAmpac also truly cares for it's employees through positive charitable CSR programs and a flexible work environment that focuses on outcomes rather than micromanagement.

Cons

You need to be a very dynamic worker to straddle the demands of a growing enterprise. That is not for everyone.

I can see how the work we do could seem daunting to some people, but I enjoy working in a high-pressure environment with high expectations. We're on the forefront of the industry working with the next-generation issues and solutions, so it's pretty cool working for a company that is constantly innovating. I've never had any issues with management, so it's been a great experience all-around for me.

Cons

The difficulty of the work can vary a lot depending on the job.
