Pros
There is never a shortage of OT Most employees are friendly A few good competent supervisors
Cons
Management will change your work schedule in the middle of the week with no notice or regard for employees life outside of work( ex. 40 hour week turns into 50+) The pay is not as competitive as they make it seem if you take into account the hours and the workload they rope you into. Raises are minimal and inadequate even if an employee is well trained in more than one department. A TON of micromanaging when it comes to safety and general operations coming from some management and even employees who hold no real authority whatsoever.
