Great pay and benefits package

Twelve hour swing shifts, schedule will change with short notice to meet production needs, breaks are too short, you cannot leave the building on your break, you are expected to stay in the breakroom, machinery is not properly maintained, training is not thorough, you take the heat when something goes wrong, lots of gossip and cliques.

The facilities are great. Most employees are friendly too.

Cons

The managers here do not care about the employees.They are very considerate when it comes to workload. They assign too many tasks to employees and pressure them to work longer hours than they should. Management needs better people who know how to lead.

The company can be generous in giving money to its employees as long as they feel they are worth it.

Cons

Most employees are unhappy and it's no wonder why when you experience a company working it's way around fear and unworthiness. Delays and errors are unacceptable, and if you did, you'll be cursed at and will be threatened of firing you.
