      Minimal Training

      Pros

      Some of the brightest people I know work here.

      Cons

      The company barely offers any training and expect the new recruits to know everything. Also, mistakes are not allowed. if you make a mistake, they humiliate you. Better to hide the mistake or blame it n someone else. It creates an atmosphere of fear in the company.

      Pros

      There are growth opportunities if you are brave enough to stick here for years.

      Cons

      Management likes to keep employees terrified. They want you to meet certain expectation and provide no help or guidance. If you don't meet the set targets, they humiliate you. You live in fear of humiliation and stress of being shouted at. It can decrease your tolerance and make you a bitter person.

      Pros

      Gateway is the only company I've worked for that I would recommend to others. Their management team is absolutely superb and the work is always interesting. They're also just plain out good people who care about their employees. I've really enjoyed the treatment I've received and the experiences I've had there.

      Cons

      These are very few and far between.
