I’ve been with ProCare for over 3 years now and I have no intentions of leaving. They deliver on all of their promises and I’ve never once had an issue getting in touch with them or getting paid on time. All in all, I’d give them a 10 out of 10.

Cons

They’re not perfect, but I can’t remember anything they did that was so wrong I considered leaving them because of it.

My first “real job”

This was my first “real job” and the growth I’ve experienced since I started working here is tangible. The environment is very conducive to learning, and management is always available to provide you with tools if you want to learn more skills. Overall, my colleagues are friendly and supportive, and I’m happy I have the privilege to work in a positive environment, especially for my first job.

I haven’t noticed any major cons to date.

ProCare is a company you can fully establish a career for yourself at. Managers are great about checking in with everyone on their career goals and making sure you’re on track to meet your targets and eventually move up into the position you want.

Cons

Just the usual office politics. Respect the chain of command and you won’t have any issues.
