Pros

Good salary and benefits. My contacts were at the time were wonderful; I experienced a family emergency and they were very understanding. Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend.

Cons

Communication was not the best. At my first assignment, the school didn't even know I was coming and there was a bit of confusion, but my contact at ProCare cleared it up pretty quickly. There were times where I had to call and email my contacts several times for things like telling the school I was taking a day off, or not being given a key and so on. They were good about solving the issues quickly after I got a reply, though.

Pros

Great connections with schools, great pay, benefits and 401k, responsive and care about their employees.

Cons

Located in Georgia - so never see anyone face to face, don’t get paid time off, have to repeat trainings every year, lose benefits between assignments and must re-enroll.
