Cons

Not for people who don’t have a competitive drive If your desk isn’t moving, it can get a bit micromanage(y)—but you usually have warnings and several steps to get there Capacity can get overwhelmed with the constant drive/ability to climb

Pros

Uncapped commission and a very strong base. You really do have the opportunity to completely change your life. Shovel's (sales goals) are clearly outlined and give you clear goals to hit. A lot of freedom: you can run your desk how you like. As long as you are hitting your metrics and gaining contracts, you can run your business how you like.

Cons

Candidates ending assignments early can affect your commission. It can be tough to get started and successful, but once you do, you are usually set for the future.
