Pros

My commute. pretty office. That’s literally it.

Cons

If this is your first job out of college DO NOT DO IT. You will be burnt out in a matter of months and regret you ever responded to the recruiters.

Pros

Easy work if you don’t want to be challenged.

Cons

Unprofessional Management Structure: Promotions appear to be based on popularity rather than experience or qualifications. Inexperienced managers (sometimes as young as 24 with no prior corporate background) are put in leadership roles, impacting decision-making and team morale. High School-Like Work Environment: The culture often feels immature and unprofessional. Forced participation in activities like cowbells creates an artificial sense of enthusiasm and detracts from meaningful work. Frequent drama, gossip, and rumor-spreading foster a toxic atmosphere. Unstable and Inconsistent Policies: Rules and expectations change frequently with little explanation. Lack of clarity in communication contributes to confusion and inconsistency in daily operations. Misaligned KPIs: Performance metrics (KPIs) do not effectively reflect actual contributions or success. Creates frustration and disillusionment among staff who are focused on real impact. Exploitation of Century Coaches: Century Coaches are expected to perform team lead duties without additional compensation or title. This leads to an unfair workload and undermines the role of actual managers. Lack of Recognition and Value Employees often feel undervalued and unsupported in their roles. Minimal opportunities for meaningful feedback, growth, or career development. Poor Morale and Retention The overall culture contributes to low employee satisfaction and high turnover. Difficult to find redeeming qualities in the work environment or leadership.

Pros

No pros for a reason.

Cons

UNFAIR PAY! No diversity or culture inclusion. Mass firings. No job security. TOXIC work culture. Workplace hierarchy/politics based on favoritism which results in your commissions. Lazy management all around that prioritizes quantity over quality.
