Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad to hear you found value in gaining experience at ProCare, and we’re sorry to learn that your time here didn’t meet your expectations. We take feedback seriously, especially when it comes to compensation, benefits, and leadership. We understand that this role—and the industry—can be demanding, and we’re actively working to evolve our processes, tools, and support systems to better meet the needs of our team. We're also genuinely sorry to hear about your exit experience. That’s not the kind of send-off we strive for, and we’ll take this as an opportunity to reflect and improve. We wish you continued success in your career and appreciate the contributions you made during your time with us.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and for being a part of the ProCare team for so many years! We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoy the culture and working alongside your colleagues—it means a lot to know that coming to work is something you look forward to. We also appreciate your feedback about the changes that can happen within the organization. While we aim to grow and adapt in ways that best support our teams and the schools we serve, we understand that frequent changes can sometimes feel overwhelming. We’re always working to improve communication and provide clarity whenever shifts occur. Thanks again for your commitment and contributions over the years!

Pros

Everyone here is under 30.

Cons

I go home everyday working here and cry. I absolutely hate working at this employer with a passion. Even some days I cry in the bathroom. This is one of my first real jobs out of college and I hate going. The pay is livable which only brings me back. I got thrown onto a division (travel) and I have not liked anything about my time here. My team on travel is okay but I had to work so hard for a contract and not have to worry about getting fired anymore. They usually fire you 3 months in with no contract. I really can’t stand everything corporate related to ProCare and would tell everyone to run before starting working here. It’s just highschool drama and people sleeping with upper management to get to higher spots. I’m not even half a year in but I hope I get out before the rest of my hiring class. Just do not want to be the last standing.
