Good way to learn about sales and cold-calling and meeting people

Cons

This job really broke my mental health. The way things are handled there are not professional, and it really stinks as I was passionate and worked extremely hard each day. They say that you will be supported, but it’s really just micromanagement and feeling guilty if you don’t hit metrics even though it’s out of your control. If you consistently hit the metrics but not contracts, they will fire you. There are pointless activities that are out of the work schedule and still expect you to maintain the metrics. I haven’t had mental health struggles in a long time until this job.

Pros

Very easy interview process and they don't require a college degree anymore. Good company to get "experience/resume booster" and leave after.

Cons

This company has little to no structure. Doesn't feel like a corporate job at all and the commission structure is awful. Management is very different depending on the office you're in and the Cobb office encourages unfair play. They are very quick to let you go and show no interest in developing your skills as an AE. If you're not producing within the first 6 months you're out.
