Good Pay, Needs Better Communication

I liked that my agent was able to help me get a good paying job

Cons

I had voiced concerns about my work experience, and was initially unhappy at first. There was a lack of communication between my agent/rep and my "boss" at the school. I wanted to look for a different position elsewhere but never really got follow up; you have to be assertive with them to get updates.

Pros

The training here is top notch – very thorough and well thought out. Support is ongoing – even two years in I have no trouble going to my superiors with questions or guidance. Coworkers are helpful – when something needs to get done no one shies away from helping out. **All of this combined makes a relatively difficult job much easier, and that much more rewarding.

Cons

If I had to find something to complain about, I guess it would just be the lack of diversity in senior management. But since I don’t see it having a direct, negative impact on hiring practices or company policies and I don’t think it’s purposeful, I’m really just being nitpicky here.

Pros

The workdays go by quickly because we have so much fun in the office! The team environment is truly the highlight of this job. The work itself is fine. It isn’t too difficult, but there isn’t much variety to it, which is good if you like to know what to expect from your job each day. I don’t like surprises so it’s great for me!

Cons

Repetitive work each day gets boring for some people.
